01Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of velqonix.in (the “Website”), operated by VELQONIX AI LABS LLP, Bengaluru, India (“VELQONIX”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms cover the Website only. Our products, such as BrainUp, and any client engagement are governed by their own terms or written agreements.

02Our intellectual property

The Website and everything on it are owned by VELQONIX AI LABS LLP or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, design and other intellectual property laws of India and other countries. This includes, without limitation:

• the overall design, look and feel of the Website, including the landing page, page layouts, visual compositions, colour schemes, typography choices, animations and interactive elements such as the solar-system hero;
• all illustrations, graphics, icons, diagrams and the source code that produces them;
• the VELQONIX name, the VELQONIX AI LABS name and wordmark, the VELQONIX logo and logo mark, the tagline “Built to launch. Engineered to orbit.”, and our product names, including BrainUp;
• all text, articles, blog posts and other content.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

03You may not copy our design or brand

You may view the Website and share links to it. Without our prior written permission, you must not:

• copy, reproduce, clone, imitate or create derivative works of the Website’s design, landing page, layouts, visual style, illustrations, animations or source code, in whole or in part, including by using it as a template, theme or “inspiration” that results in a substantially similar website or product;
• use, copy, modify or imitate the VELQONIX logo, logo mark, wordmark, name or product names, or any confusingly similar mark, domain or design;
• use our name, logo or brand in a way that suggests an endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist;
• scrape, frame, mirror or republish the Website or its content, or use automated tools to extract its content or design;
• use the Website’s content, design or code to train or build competing products or AI models.

Unauthorised use may infringe our rights and may lead to legal action, including claims for injunctive relief and damages. To request permission or report misuse, email contact@velqonix.in.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Website to break the law, to send spam or malicious code, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the Website’s security or normal operation.

05Information you send us

When you contact us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Sending us a message does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side; any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. Articles, examples and other content on the Website are provided for general information only and are not professional, legal or financial advice. Figures such as years of experience and projects delivered describe our team and history in summary form.
